Yes, Membership of the ATA, India is open to anybody who is 18 years of age and above with an interest in Technical Analysis.

  1. Active MembershipPaid membership
  2. Non-Active MembershipFree membership
  • To become an Active TATA member one has to pay Rs. 10,000/- and documentation required.
  • There is an annual fee of Rs. 5,000/-
  • To become a Non-active member there is no need for any payment and documentation.

The Membership Application process starts with submitting the following items to the ATA:

  • Complete Membership Application Form
  • Membership Fee
  • Scan copy of anyone: Passport, Voter-ID Card, PAN Card, Driving Licence and send it to our email (taindia.org@gmail.com).

Non-members are welcome to attend ‘TATA India’ monthly and annual meetings by paying registration fee.

The International Federation of Technical Analysts, Inc. (IFTA) was incorporated in 1986 and is a global organization of market analysis societies and associations. IFTA is an international non-profit professional organization with members in 28 countries.
IFTA offers certification to Professional Technical Analysts around the world. The IFTA offers two certifications:

Certified Financial Technician (CFTe)
Master of Financial Technical Analysis (MFTA)

This two-stage education and testing program in technical analysis is offered to members of TATA, India  and IFTA-affiliated societies worldwide. It is designed for self-study (syllabus and reading list may be provided), with an examination at the end of levels I and II.

Upon successful completion of both levels, the candidate is awarded the “Certified Technical Analysts” designation, which certifies that the candidate has thorough knowledge of the field, and is able to understand and apply advanced technical analysis concepts and tools.

Fees: 
CeTA Level I : Rs. 20,000/-
CeTA Level II : Rs. 20,000/-

This is an academic research-style paper offered to members of IFTA-affiliated societies worldwide.

You cannot join IFTA directly, you must join one of IFTA’s member/developing societies like TATA. You must be an IFTA Colleague (member of your local IFTA society) to take either exam.

For CeTA Certification:  TATA, India provides study material.

For CFTe Certification: IFTA provides the syllabus, reading list, & limited number of sample questions. ATA may provide the study material to its members at their rates.

These are certification programs; you can apply one you are ready to apply. There no duration.

The CeTA I and CFTe I examinations are offered at testing centers throughout the world through Pearson VUE,  computer-based testing provider.

The examination date depends on the your application form.

We provide study material for CeTA Certification but, we don’t provide any kind of study material for CFTe Certification. You have to buy book and related study material by your end.

CeTA Level-1 & Level -2 and CFTe Level exam held round of year. You can apply according your continence but CFTe Level-2 exam held twice in a year.

You have to be TATA member to attend the examination. After registration your membership in TATA you can apply for Exam.

All Syllabus/reading material is available on website.

Association will issue the certification after complete/clear your both level by securing 60% passing marks.
